OUR SYSTEM!!!
1. ( FOR NON-PROJECT ) Every Member can register their own listings for sale or Rent in our database and market it to the WORLD by our OFFICE and the FIRST member who registered his/her listing for sale or rent is considered as his/her exclusive listing for the group , that means no double registration is allowed.
That member is entitled for 30% commission from the net receivable of the company if that listing has been sold or rented.
Every member can invite anyone who wish to join the group and accept the policies and concept of the group., Every direct members or 1st level that you invite, you will be entitled of 5% from the net receivable of the company if the listing of your direct member (1st level) has been sold/rented., 3% from the net receivable of the company if the listing of your (2nd level) has been sold/rented. 2% from the net receivable of the company if the listing of your (3rd level) has been sold or rented.....
The member who referred the listing to the buyer/renter will get 30% from the net receivable of the company ( 1st,2nd 3rd ) level will get the 5%-3%-2%
The 20% balance will be for the over head of the company.
2. (FOR PROJECTS) Every member who referred a buyer to the OFFICE and that buyer purchased a developed project, the member is entitle for a 60%5%-3%-2% over ride From the member who referred the buyer) .
a minimum of 5% to maximum of 10% will go to the project manager that handles the project with company discretion and The 20% balance will be for the over head of the company.

Only authorized license Brokers or Agents of Sweet Land Realty is allowed to deal with all the Buyers that is reffered to the Office, with the assistance of the Member.
